Ask a new question. I just upgrade my computer to a Surface ProX with Windows I have tried several times to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Application to my Surface and each time I get windows error 0xcb.

I have reached out to Adobe and they say it\’s a permissions issue; however, I am the administrator of the device. They never were able to fix the issue I have tried installing updates for Windows, uninstall ACC and reinstalling, but no luck.

For the compatibility link, it is for both Windows 10 and Windows Apologies for the delay in getting back on this concern. I tried to install the app on a Surface Pro X thru the page you provided and it did install the app without issues. Does the error comes up when you\’ll try to open an application from the Creative Cloud app like Photoshop, Dreamweaver and etc.?
